Race, Crew and Volunteer registration is finally open on MotorSportReg.com for the September 26/27 race weekend.
There are a lot of changes in place due to Covid-19 restrictions, so please read everything thoroughly and ensure you have completed all required paperwork before coming to the track.
Drivers are restricted to 1 crew and crew must register on the Volunteer registration link on MotorSportReg.
Drivers CANNOT register for their Crew
. Your Crew must use their own MotorSportReg account.
Saturday and Sunday are restricted to 50 entries per day, so CW1, OW2 and Novices will run on Saturday, and CW2, OW1 and Vintage on Sunday. Drivers wanting to run in multiple Groups can do so. There will be 3 races per day for senior race groups and 2 races for Novice & Vintage race groups. The schedule is published in the
Event Package on the Schedule page.
There will be a non-refundable $100 deposit collected September 24th since we only have space for 50 drivers per day, and we need to ensure registrations are honored. Race entries close on September 21st so we have time to process the additional paperwork.
There will be no on-site registration. Everything must be done prior to coming to the track. This includes the following:
1. Everyone entering the track must have a CACC Annual Waiver or have signed the online waiver BEFORE coming to the track:
https://signnow.com/s/C2SuhVtW2. Everyone MUST also complete the following Covid-19 Self-Declaration and bring it with them:
http://www.sccbc.net/data/2020/Covid_Self_Decl.pdf3. Drivers please download and complete your Tech Sheet before coming to the track. The Tech Sheet must be displayed in a predominant location in your pit so the Tech inspectors can see them when they come around to each car.
www.sccbc.net/data/2020/TechForm_2020.pdf4. All vehicle Log Books must have a 2019 CACC Annual Tech sticker. Anyone without a 2019 sticker will need to arrange with Jim Kurtz for an inspection prior to Sept 23rd. (See
