CACC General Meeting

March 11, 2000

Guildford Sheraton Inn

General Meeting:  The General Meeting to approve budgets, receive reports from Discipline directors as required, and to discuss any business related to CACC as a whole.

Discipline Meeting ; Only those who have a 1999 CACC Racing Licenses will be eligible to vote. We will be discussing and deciding how to allocate our investment in the Okanogan circuit. We have approved an expenditure of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) and we must decide what portion of that amount will be a grant and what portion will be a loan (and what interest should be charged).

We will also be making a presentation to META in appreciation of their assistance and support throughout 1999.

There will be time for items from the floor. If you have anything that you would like discussed, this is the time for doing so. I'd appreciate being advised of anything coming along so that I can include it on our agenda.

As you can appreciate we are making a rather extensive financial investment in the Okanagan circuit and your input and guidance is very much required.

New track manager. Robert Currie takes a well deserved year off and is replaced by Al Ores.

Assistant Race Chairman. Graham Moffat, still recuperating from a heart attack, is replaced by Tom Roy.

Michael Lensen steps up to the plate as the club's contest board rep for Conference.

A new look at an old issue. The cost of BC Ambulance. K & K have given us the go ahead on private operators.
