TRACK - BCCCA have approved our expansion plan. We must ensure that environmental issues are properly dealt with. Paul Bunbury has offered to look after the surveying needs. Al Ores & Andy Ross have done an enormous amount of work on the 2nd grandstand. Fork lift is fixed. Still lots to do.

TRACK MANAGER- Robert is taking a year off--Al Ores is going to fill in.

VICE PRESIDENT- Race announcements, schedules, poster, guest & 2 for 1 passes all in the works. Trophies; looking for new ideas & suppliers. Biffy & garbage contacts should be complete next week.

PRESIDENT- Club offered ICSCC to share cost of transponder training. We are looking at sponsoring memberships for up & coming racing champs. Looking at participating in Father's Day in the Park in Mission which is an annual event strongly supported by the community. Soap Box derby event has asked for our support again this year. We are still looking for a social director. Phone committee is Maida Forster, Leslie Skinner, Roman Cardinal, Monica Kolvyn & Jim Hilton. At this point MIV have not announced a closed wheel event for Indy. We will offer the sedans. Speaking of Indy, Mike Boyle offered to driver the sweeper. (just kidding)

GOOD & WELFARE- Bob & Hilda Randall's granddaughter won a million dollars in the Safeway lottery. Graham Moffat thanked the club for their support during his recovery. Ross Bentley shared his experience leading the 24 hours of Daytona...until they broke after 4 1/2 hrs. Monica noted that if you are having your long hair cut and have more than 8" lopped, you can donate the hair for wigs for kids with cancer. Bob Randall wins the 50/50. (Bob, have someone in your family buy the club some 6-49 tickets will you)
