Title: Phil Hill and Fuller Brush Catalogue
Post by Mike_the_Oldest on Apr 12th, 2011 at 5:02am
One of the chaps on the Canadian Motorsport History Group posted this and I thought it might make an interesting diversion for a Tuesday. Even if you don't use make-up (I don't) the Fuller Brush Catalogue is interesting.

Enjoy

Interesting piece (well except for the make-up and brushes), McCluggage was almost as famous as Phil Hill.

If you lived in rural Southern Ontario like I did in the 40's and 50's, the Fuller Brush man and the Watkins products man would come around for a visit at least once per month.

Remember, there were no Wal-Marts, Super Stores, Home Depots, Canadian Tires, even 7-11s close by.  Those stores weren't even invented yet! (neither was MacDonalds)
