I'm trying to get in contact with Josh Vandekerkhove . The fellow with the Turbocharged AWD VW Golf.

Need to find out some info on ignition systems. PM me with details TIA.

Try Dave at Fire and Fuel, he's very familiar with VW ignition and fuel systems.

It's OK . I've got the answer I needed. Converting ignition to LS2 coils on my Audi A4 1.8T, and needed to find a wire set that was better and less expensive than the VW 16V ones.

Turns out Chevy Optra ones fit perfect with no modification. More selection (NGK, MSD , Accel etc ) and they are about 1/3 the price.

Should be expected as they come from a " Reasonably priced car " ( Optra = Lacetti in UK/Europe ) ;D
