Hi,

Can someone confirm who sponsored the 1979 and 1980 Trans Am races at Westwood. My old and badly abused T-shirts from those races do not appear to have dates on them and I no longer trust my memory. I think 1979 Trans Am was sponsored by the Keg and the 1980 Trans Am was sponsored by CRC Chemicals.

This is just additional information to go with my last Mayday (META newsletter) Question of the month so I welcome any other tidbits.  I have a winner (Brent Martin) already so you wont be giving anything away.

I know both Robert Barg and Vance Swifts ran Trans Am races, are there any other past or present SCCBC members that have run in the Trans Am series?
