Cool! How do their rentals work, though? Last time I looked, they wanted people to drive the silly slow karts for two hours before stepping onto anything fun. Will they take our race licenses as proof of 'competence'?

I rented a kart down there last year without any trouble. They are not very fast but they need to be driven with skill to keep up the momentum to beat the competition, a lot like a Formula Vee ::) ;D.

That's the 2 strokes smoking (as I'm sure you are aware) but my Civic smokes so I know it has oil in it (I don't have to get my hands dirty on that dip sticky thing). :-*

Yeah, I know the rentals are a lot like driving a vee - which is why I'd rather drive something else :P

I might head down for one of the next races if I get a chance, but I might save the money and try to get them to let me try a 2 stroke kart some time! Sounds like fun and totally not like a vee :D
