Hey Fellas,

Noticed that the daily drivers meeting for the April race will now be held at 0830 instead of lunch. Curious as to the reasoning to the change?

Not critizing, just curious.

This change began last season. The belief is that by meeting before the first session of the day, the Officials can advise of any change in the "normal" track conditions or setup, and also set the tone for the day regarding safety and other issues that are harder to deal with half way through the day.

Drivers were very happy last year that their lunch break was now fully available for them to use.
