OK , Im in , I just hope I can figure out a time on the new DOT tires I bought and not go under that time.

I watched this last year and the last 3-4 laps were the most entertaining ;D

The nice thing about this is that anyone could win as long as they know how fast they run and can be on that time, lap after lap

I  could ony watch last year as a novice and what a great race for the fans as well as the competitors ! I can not wait to race in it this year  , it will be a blast . They only have 30 spots and 6 are gone already, so everyone who wants in should sign up soon, so they won't be left out . Need less to say I am In with both feet !

I guess the idea is the everyone should be close on the last lap

As a rookie last year, it was the only race I actually had a chance to place near the front. Despite breaking out and getting DQ'd on the final lap, from 1st, this was by far my favourite race of the year!  Everyone has a chance of winning this (even me) regardless of your lap times or your power-to-weight ratio.  You just have to pick the right lap time, then drive your a$$ off.

I'm looking forward to a photo finish this year, with Vettes, B-Specs, Miatas, Beemers and CRX's all coming around T9 together on the final lap! 

I know of three other Mazda's that say they are up for the challenge ... where are you?  Time to sign up!

I watched that race last year ...great race Rod .This  is a great race concept and as I said before very entertaining from a fans perspective. So lets sign up and give the fans some great wheel to wheel racing to watch. The more cars on the grid the more exciting it will be and of course do not forget the prize money  more entrants = more prize money for the lucky winner, ...  so come on guys and gals lets fill the field !   Race weekend #2 is coming fast... Just a quick clarification regarding a question I am getting leading up to the Dash for Ca$h this weekend.

An alternate driver may be used for this race only.  So long as the "car" is entered in another run group this weekend, a DIFFERENT DRIVER may enter this race.

Sarah will manually add anyone wishing to go this route.

So far there is a $975 cash pot, with 1st place paying $390!!  CHA CHING!!!!  Even 5th pays $48.75 right now.

Great outcome, well for me anyways, Thanks to all who helped make my weekend a wee bit cheaper

I was really starting to wonder on the 8th lap why I had not passed anyone yet but it all paid off in the last two laps  ;)

To be Honest, the race really sucked for me until the last couple laps, I was just trying to push hard and didn't see anyone for almost the whole race.
I was also happy that Larry went out because I can catch him no problem but getting by is another issue.  May have been a different outcome.

BUT THE LAST TWO LAPS WERE FUN!

And I did see the STECmobil coming up fast

The first 8 laps would have been less lonely if there had been twice as many people out on the track. 

  This race is a blast!
    I would have caught you Chris but I was held up in the last few turns.
      However we broke out on the second to last lap by 2/10 s of a second.
  The concept however works well as the first half  dozen cars were all on the front straight as the winner took the flag.
     looking forward to the next one!
