Hello everyone, Now that the SCCBC race season has ended its time to get your tickets for the awards banquet
This years venue is the Coast Hotel and Convention Center in Langley on November 16..
Tickets are $55. each available from Roland Stec 604-465-0745 or rstec@shaw.ca .
Visa MasterCard cheque or cash.
Tickets will be available at the next club meeting as well
special hotel rate $105. per night

cocktail hour starts at 5pm

note only 140 tickets available.

Which room are we in this time Roland?
What time is dinner?

Cocktails begin around 5:00 PM
Dinner is scheduled for 6:30 PM
Awards ceremony should begin around 7:30 PM

There will be a sign at the front entrance of the Coast Hotel indicating the banquet room we are in.
