Who can I discuss finding an appropriate pit stall with and reserving it for the season? Thanks, Shane. 604 202 1737.

Current reservation holders will have the opportunity later this week to reserve their spot from last year for this year. New reservations will be online in late February.

I am going to send an email out to all 2013 paddock space reservation holders shortly based on the email address listed in your MotorSportReg.com account, so please ensure all of your contact details there are current otherwise you may not receive an invite to confirm or update your paddocks space for 2014 before they are released to everyone else.

I will not be comparing the information in MotorSportReg with the club roster or any other information source as it is your responsibility to ensure you keep your information in MotorSportReg current.

Also, we will have new people in the roles of paddock reservations/assignments and paddock marshal this year. Thank you to all of you have have volunteered to take over this year.

All of the emails have been sent out to last year's paddock space reservation holders. If you did not receive an email it's probably because your info in MotorsportReg was not up to date. You have until Feb 15 to respond before I open it up to everyone else for new annual reservation requests.

I am just waiting to hear back from a couple of perennially late people for their responses, and if I don't hear back from them shortly, (ahem Curt), I will release their spots.

The annual paddock reservation form will be online at SCCBC.MotorsportReg.com tomorrow.

Motorsportsreg will not let me put in the 70' I need for my length of pit vehicle...

I registered for a paddock spot in February on MotorsportReg, but I have not heard anything back. Is there a list of 2014 paddock assignments I can check to confirm if I have a spot assigned? Thanks

We do not confirm any particular paddock assignment as they may change on any given weekend depending on the demand for space. That is why we get a list of preferences so that if for some reason we can’t give you your first choice on any given weekend, we try to give you one of your other preferences.

All paddock assignments are finalized on the Wed or Thu before the race weekend and published on the website.

If you filled out a request in February you have been accomodated.
