CACC Lapping Day

Entry Fee: $125 plus GST = $131.25

All prices are in CDN/US funds.

All Race Entries MUST be completed in MotorSportReg.com. NO manual or paper entries will be accepted.

Lapping Day Open to:
Senior Lappers who have at least 3 lapping motorsport experiences
Drivers who have just recently graduated (2014-2015) from Driver Training
Auto Slalom licence holders
Time-Attack licence holders
Race, Vintage and Ice Race licence holders

Restrictions:
No passengers
No Novice Lappers
Vehicle noise level restrictions; 95db

Gates, Registration and Tech open: 7:30 AM
Mandatory Drivers Meeting: 8:30 AM
First Group On Track: 9:00 AM

Situations where two drivers share a car can the fee be split?

As with any race weekend, the fee is driver based, not car based. The entry is per driver.

It is the driver that is practicing, not the car ;D!

In an effort to encourage more participation, the Club Exec has decided to allow car sharing. This will mean that as long as the car is only driven in one grouping, two drivers can share the time and cost. So an owner may share the car with a "renter" without paying a double fee. A scenario where an owner can take a rebuilt car out for a couple of shakedown sessions before handing it over to the renter.

I will have a field added to the registration form later tonight which will allow you to add the 2nd driver's details in. Please wait until tomorrow to register if you intend on sharing a car in the same group.

Please note, this is for sharing a car running in the same group ONLY!

The option to add a 2nd driver running in the same run group has been added to the entry form on SCCBC.MotorsportReg.com

The run groups are:
CW Group: Open Wheel Race including Vintage
OW Group: Closed Wheel Race including Vintage
Lapping Group: Senior Lappers including Ice, Time Attack, Slalom, Driver Training Grads

If you already entered and want to add a 2nd driver, you will need to email the registrar to make the change for you.

The paddock will be opening up on the Friday (April 3) evening if you want to get in and set up early. Gates close and lock at 10PM.
