If your car is 92 or older it should be eligible for the BCHMR Contact the VRCBC.

And the driver has to be 1960 or older... :)

Are you kidding, most of the drivers had been at work for 2 or 3 years be 1960! ::)

Apparently it is 94 and older. Spoke to Tom J. to-day.
