i am looking at a Thunder Roadster and am interested in it's eligibility at Mission, I know it is hard to judge a car without seeing it but owner claims it has run at some Eastern tracks but has no log book.

Get some photos if you can.

If it's what I think it is, you could possibly run it as a Formula Libra car in the Open Wheel group.

Is it symmetrical (i.e. built to road race and not for oval racing). Does it have ALL the requisite safety equipment: adequate rollover structure, all the rest of the safety requirements.
