I see some SCCBC members were at Area 27 recently and it certainly looked like they were racing. As a matter of curiosity, does anyone know how they got to do that?

Nothing new; members are allowed to invite friends (not sure of the details). Clubs/organizations like VCMC/Speed Fanatics/Auto Velocity have lapping days, not races.
They all operate under C19 mandated rules the way I hear it.
