When I look at the photo carefully, I think it's more like "toe-out" than anything.

I hear that toe out on front wheel drive cars helps them turn in. The car pictured is not front wheel drive. This alignment settting may slow the car down on the straights and make left or right corners a bit tricky.

Steve says that getting the car in and out of the trailer is the real challenge. This adjustment has cured both the understeer and oversteer issue the car once had. ;D Trailbraking, however, has presented another porblem. :o
