The squitos were amazingly p/o at mankind this week end. How many bites did some people contract? And, how is the fellow from Saturday's bite? FYI he was allergic and ended up in the hospital. Makes sense to bring some Benadryl for next time.  

And if we didn't say it enough during the weekend , another huge Thank You to all the volunteers who had to endure that insect infestation for us. I think the only time I got any relief from them was when I finally got the car up to speed and blew them all out the window, not everybody else had that option though, Thanks again.

I certainly got my lifetime dosage of DEET, thats for sure. I'm still scratching!

I can tell you from experience that the little  :-X don't like Crown Royal. ;)

You need to switch to de-alcholized beer. It doesn't work, but there's not hangover.

 So this Crown Royal solution, Do you drink it or bath in it like Al?

a little drip into the venturi on a vee, let it idle for 5 minutes, remove all animals and watch the little :-X's hit the ground. You didn't think the C/R was for personal consumption did you.  ::)

sooo speaking of little critters, did anyone else come across the momma duck and her 8 or so ducklings crossing T9 on Sat. ?? I didn't want to run them over but I really didn't want to chance taking another chunk outta the wall either. Managed to miss both !!

We saw them running across turn 9 from our paddock spot.  I thought it was during an open wheel session, though.  Maybe they thought 1 near miss wasn't enough?

 They crossed right in front of me!! WHAT THE DUCK???
 I had to alter my line or they would have been on the menu.  Luckily they did not scatter when I was heading for them.
