Title: "The Trans-Am Trail"

For oldtimers - the Camaro Research Group "Trans-Am Camaros" thread has reprinted Sam Posey's 1970 T/A season stories "The Trans-Am Trail" - very informative and sometimes amusing - Sam of course, had a ring-side seat - a great look back on how it was.

Or, you could read "The Mudge Pond Express".

Yes, I read that book some time ago and agree fun to read.  Can't remember how much he wrote about his T/A days, but these reports I mentioned are quite in-depth from each race.  Thay are lifted from the "Auto Racing" magazine (long gone) that he wrote for.

He gives a thorogh analyses of each race and his desscription of the 2 factory Ford drivers is quite humourous. I'm guessing that some of you were at the 1970 Kent T/A race.
