WORK PARTY ANNOUNCMENT  
 
We are planning to have another work party.  
 
Date:  Saturday April 7th 2012  
Time: 8 am  
Where: at the track  
 
We would appreciate any one who can come out and pitch in with some of our projects.  
.  
 
Some things that we plan to work on are:  
 
1. We will be building/repairing, and placing tire bundles.
2. We will be spreading gravel in T6 and add some to T4 worker station area.
3. T3  We need to raise the Turn Marshall Station off the 2 blocks.
4. Re-install fence in front of TS 6.
5. If the ground is dry enough: T1        We need to add 1 more block at the end of T1 ( or where T3 new wall curves in towards Drivers left ) and place tires in front of them. In other words close off the hole.
6. Also if the ground is dry enough, we can place TS 2 in place.
7. There also is areas that just need general tidying up and cleaning etc.

So remember the first race is less than 2 weeks away now, and so we need to get most of these things done if we are going to be racing.  The Custom Car club is running their first drag event this w/e, so we will not have much access to the track, unless they are in rain delay. Luckily most of the work we need to do is not near the dragstrip, so we can still get lots done.

Of course you will be given track credits for your efforts, a free lunch, and lots of thanks.  
**I  would ask that you email myself if you think you will be coming out. This will help us to plan the projects and lunch etc  

Come anytime you like. You do not need to stay all day, or come at 8 am.  If you can only spare 4 hours or even 2, it all helps.
