Title: '97 Bondurant SVT Cobra Mustang? Post by grabber_blue on Jun 22nd, 2013 at 11:17am
How viable is a '97 Bondurant SVT Cobra Mustang?

"Has many Roush professionally installed race specific options such as custom pan hard bar, suspension, full 6 point roll cage, brakes and cooling ducts, halon fire suppression system etc. but still street legal as it has title and VIN headlights, windshield wipers, etc. I have almost all records including weekly maintenance logs and delivery sheet. Some of the clear coat is chipping and the bumpers are in rough shape." 1997_Bondurant_Cobra.jpg (208 KB | 432

Cage would need to be upgraded to current requirements. Car would certainly fit into one of the CACC classes.

What kind of upgrading might be required?

CACC requires a foot box bar on each side which would make it an 8 point cage. A dashboard level bar and 2 door intrusion bars on each side are also needed.
