Yes, ProFormance. I seem to remember that they had 10-12 cars. They even had their own series for a while (race within a race). Lots of people got their start in this series. It was similar to the old Datsun DRC series.
Too bad we don't have an entry level series now. Many of those cars were sold and ended up on the street (one passed thru my hands). Haven't seen one at the track for a few years now.

I really think that most ended up on the street and in the hands of what is now know as DRIFTERS.
There are a few still sitting in garages but are not as fast as the as most IP3 cars so the appeal went away.
They were cool when I first started racing because there were a bunch of them. Its like anything - if there is more than 4 of the same car it makes for good racing at mission.
I know where 2 are sitting but one is not an IP3 car anymore.

You do do ya....
I still have a civic hatch back sitting around that i was going to make a HC car out of, but I got hooked on offroad racing for the last couple of years.
Mission is so close to me I would love to get racing there too!

I started out with one of those cars in 2002. I bought a second one to rent out, but eventually sold them both and shipped them to Ca. the hotbed of drifting. Then I bought a much more competitive CRX.

$2500 OBO. Could be fun for someone wanting to get started.
