Adding a Conference Licence

Can I get the Coles Notes on adding a ICSCC Race licence if already a holder of a CACC Senior licence?
Medical? Cost? Proof of experience? I held both back about 10 years ago, but things can change a lot in that time.

When I applied for one about 5 years ago they accepted a copy of my CACC medical, money and some race results; I might have sent a copy of my CACC licence too.
