VERY COOL! Almost like being there. I especially like the fact that you can hear the air, as the speed increases. It gives a better sensation of the actual speed than most videos. 8)

I read somewhere that the camera covered one eye completely, so he really wasn't pushing too hard.. It's a great angle though, would love to see some actual flying laps!

It appears that the F-1 Texas race has been put on hold. So don't be buying any tickets just yet. Bernie wants his race in N.J. with a NY back drop it seems. I wonder how much Red Bull spent on the ad for them and the Texas track?

I wondered how long it would take before someone from the FV ranks would make this comparison.
A little longer than I originally thought.

Yes it looked to me like he really was not pushing the car too hard. So if that was with one eye, that is some pretty good driving. See how fast you can go doing that.

Well, I found out recently that for a little under 4 grand, you can drive an F1 at some European tracks. You start by driving a formula ford for a couple sessions, then an F3 and finally a mid-90's F1, paddle shifty shifty and everything. Since I'll be in Europe in March/April anyway, it would be a waste not to do it!
I'm therefore accepting donations for the cause, in exchange I'll tell you how great it was, and write a report with pictures and everything. You old farts can live vicariously through me! Call me for the bank account details

It seems to me like the biggest difference between F1 and FV is the engine sounds. Well.. For the past season I have been racing with headphones playing some F1 recordings from my iPod. Man, if feels just like the real thing!

!
Vettel's helmet cam, apparently either qualifying or practice (notice the DRS usage.. Pretty crazy stuff in itself, imagine opening that wing, full throttle, mid corner)
Pretty incredible footage!

I've been up close (maybe to close at times) to you on the track......it was like following you around Mission watching Vettel's video.

Have you been drinking again Williams, or do you want to borrow money?
