This one deals with "fueling the driver". I'm not watching it because it'll probably tell me the same thing as my doctor --- lose 20 pounds.

We will not have a new video this week because our intrepid film crew is at the Sachsenring in Germany filming the FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy shootout with ex-F1 driver Alex Wurz.
