Just want to say a Big Thank You to all my friends and fellow competitors and especially the safety crew who helped me out this past weekend after my incident on Saturday. I have suffered no physical after-effects whatsoever from that big crash so I consider myself super lucky on that end, the car not so much. The HANS device transferred all that forward motion through my shoulders and chest and not and ache or bruise at all came from that rapid deceleration. Thanks Dr. Wong and E-crew for making sure I wasn't still going on adrenaline and you guys that helped get the mess back in my trailer. It makes you feel really secure when you have all your gang rally around you after a potentially serious issue.
Sorry about the mess I made of the schedule and resultant clean up but what can I say, who would have thought a steering rack would be a failure item ?  I guess I will be replacing it along with a lot of other bent parts, at least that's the worst of it. Thanks again,  Paul
