yup! I thought he did a pretty good job of keeping his composure through all the turns hanging onto the steering shaft.....not like we haven't done that before.
And as far as the rest of the race.....you got to try it....not for the faint of heart though in the rain, but still a lot of fun. Should try it Larry

Hey Bob, do they make a 'Vee 12' version, with say a RR Merlin in it? That's what I'd need to get my bulk around the track!

All Vee's are 12' long
We were kicking around the thought of a 12A rotary via an adapter to the transmission......just not sure where the massive exhaust would go. Any ideas? That'a get ya around
Formula Vee Libra. Mmmmmm
Really though...you'd be surprised just how little HP (52) can get everything around the track at a reasonable rate of speed. However, I do like the RR idea.

I don't think Larry would drive anything with a Rotary in it..

My definition of "V" racing is quite a bit different than Bob's!
Some day they'll be taking my cold, dead, fingers from the steering wheel of one of my Chevy V8-powered vehicles!
Now I do seriously want to thank all of those people who drive and race those little 3, 4, and 6 cylinder cars out there, as they are leaving a very small carbon footprint that I get to benefit from!
Long live the Toyota Prius!

Looks like a typical day at Mission for most Vee drivers! Not me though, I never spin. But I thought it was Bob's video for a second!
