I've just had an e-mail advising that Bob Plotts of Portland and Spokane passed away yesterday from complications with diabetes and liver cancer.

Bob was a long-time and highly regarded member of the racing fraternity up and down the entire West Coast.

No further details at this time.

He will be missed.
