speed kills your pocketbook

The BC government is reviewing the speed limits in BC to see if they need to be faster. I think most of us agree that the answer is a resounding "yes". If you're not convinced, visit http://sensebc.org and look at their Speed Kills your Pocketbook video (also on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd0On4fO1Pc).   Good video and mostly accurate. One glaring point not mentioned in the case of fatalities going down, was the fact that current cars with multiple airbags have drastically improved your chances of survival in a serious crash. Saying that I still agree speed limits in many areas are too low and a cash grab.
