Seattle has always been a favourite it's close to home its' fast and challenging unfortunely i haven't run it much in the last ten years.
The only way it will stay a race track is if there was alot of money spent to improve the fascility and track to attract one of the big race series to the northwest that can bring in the big dollars for the investers.
It's sad to say but i think the Condo's are going to win once again.
On the flip side i think you would see more enties for Mission because the Ridge and Portland wouldn't have enough weekends for everyone.

Cross my fingers i'm wrong Cry

I'm currently in Seattle. The word today is that the track was officially sold last evening. The details have yet to be announced. Word should be forthcoming early next week, if not before.

Its' curious that we've had no further word on the sale. The folks that told us that the property had sold are unusually well connected and informed and I would have though that they knew what was going on. To date there has been no announcement of any sale, so I have to assume that the information I heard was at least partially incorrect.

We'll wait and see what happens.

I think there's a few HPDE's scheduled over the next few months @ pacific. I've never been and am trying to figure out a way to make it happen just incase it's my last chance. Here's hoping the work they've put in is enough to keep it as a Track regardless of who owns it.

Ironically the Ridge seems to have resolved it's ownership/partnership issues and is planning to move forward.
