Rain?
Oct 8th, 2014 at 2:28pm

Hey Gang,

The forecast for this weekend looks grim: presently 15-20mm of rain on Friday and 25-35 mm on both Saturday and Sunday.  I don't know what the runoff and drainage is at the track these days, but I remember my last wet event (the Saturday in April 2012) being pretty soggy.

How much is too much, at what point would the racing be suspended?

Cheers,
Darwin

Darwin;

Racing generally only gets suspended when there are heavy downpours and we have water pooling on the track, and even then it's usually only temporary. Once the heavy downpours abate it's back to racing.

Take it to the track.
