Do you plan on having an event prior to Knox Hillclimb which is May 16-17 this year?

Opps.......sorry I just scrolled down & April 4-5 is on. Great!
Thanks

We have been advised by custom car that one weekend in the summer may need to be shifted. They won't know for sure until Jan 14th on this. If they do move it, it may not affect out tentative schedule. So what you see above is pretty solid. This is the best spaced schedule I have seen in years. Time to prep and fix between races, maybe do some out-of-towner's as well.

Thanks for the info & update, I can appreciate how hard it is to balance all the interests and come up with a schedule.

For myself, with limited vacation days from work, I have to take advantage of the stat holiday weekends to maximize the family vacations I can do.  Racing on a holiday weekend is problematic at best, and often impossible.  Similarly, races at the end of a week after a mid-week summer stat are in direct competition with family vacations.

I realize that for many, racing is a family thing - but for some of us it is not.  With this schedule, I will most probably miss 2 of 6 CACC races, possibly 4 of 6.  Which likely takes me out of the class championship run, doesn't help the small class meet it's minimum numbers to be 'official', and the lower class attendance makes for diminished competition in general.

I realize this may not be a majority opinion, but thought I'd share my thoughts.

Cheers,
Darwin
