At the last club meeting, in case you weren't there you should have been, the long talked about washroom building was discussed. There will most likely be a motion at the next club meeting in February to approve the expenditure; purchasing and installing a new unit. If you think this is a good idea be sure to be at the meeting to support the motion.

          The unit spec 'd out is a 10x24 trailer  there are 3 separate rooms #1  female washroom 3 stalls 2 sinks   #2   male washroom 2 stalls 2 urinals  2 sinks   #3  multi purpose    will have 1 shower 1 toilet 1 sink.   this would also serve as a change room ,family washroom and could be upgraded to handicap use as well.
    price quotes range from 39 to 48 thousand , still waiting for one more quote. these are new units.  Nice used ones are rare and rehabbing one to look new cost almost as much as a new one.
   A waste holding tank would also need to be purchased they are aprox 3500.00  We should have all the detail for the AGM next month.

If, the washroom plaza happens, will there still be portables?
You mentioned that the new units would need to be upgraded for handicap usage. What would need to be done to comply? Maybe a handicap unit close to the new units until the "upgrade" is completed. my $.02
