How to edit a post

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but my question is: How do you edit a post?
When items are sold I would like to put Sold next the item.

I believe there's a time limit on how old a post can be then it can't be edited any longer. I usually put the **SOLD** in there when I see stuff has sold.

This is what I want to do, is put the word sold next to the item but cannot see anyway on how to do this.
It allowed me to do this a few days ago but not anymore.
The post is only a week old.

Like I said, there's a time limit. I checked the settings and it's 2 days. After that you can no longer edit a post.

You can always reply to the post and list items that have been sold.
