in car driver to crowd communications

Do we have the ability to hook a drivers helmet into the PA system to talk through the PA system to the crowd?
I always find it entertaining when they talk to drivers on the track on TV. 
I would be willing to chat while racing , I would even refrain from Swearing , LOL

We had some FM mikes a while back. Not sure if they're still around.
