Since announcing the upcoming Inner Speed Secrets Masterclass, I’ve been asked a few questions about what I’ll cover, so here is a very brief outline of what to expect (over 6 hours of training): Session #1, June 25: • Foundation – How our minds operate when driving on track • 3 keys to driving better than ever before • Managing your mindset Session #2, July 2: • Hands-on practical strategies and exercises – how to improve your driving performance • Improving your ability to sense the limits of your car/tires • Using mental imagery to learn faster, develop skills, and trigger a performance state of mind • Switching on your brain to process information faster • Learning to get into the zone Session #3, July 9: • Dealing with challenges – how to NOT hurt your performance • Strategies for dealing with common mental challenges (fear, confidence, plateaus, red mist, focus, learning, developing new skills, etc.) But wait, there's more... It’s one thing to have knowledge, but an entirely different thing to turn that information into action. Throughout the 3 sessions, we’ll be working towards the final part of Session #3 where I’ll guide you through the process of using a template (and examples) I provide to develop your own, personalized “Mental Training Program.” If you really wanted to improve your fitness, you wouldn’t go to the gym and randomly pick up weights and run on a treadmill. No, you’d have a trainer develop an individualized training program for you. The same applies to training your mental game for driving. The difference is that I’m going to give you the information and template to develop your own program, specifically designed to focus on your needs — the Mental Training Program. Oh, and there might just be a little bonus item added at the end to help ensure that what you get from the Masterclass is actionable and that it sticks with you. If you haven't already reserved your spot in the 3-part Inner Speed Secrets Masterclass, or you want to learn more, go to SpeedSecrets.com/ISS-Masterclass. I hope I’m able to share what I love the most about performance and race driving with you: the mental game. Keep learning and having fun! Ross
