$10,000 Prize Fund!



We are very excited to officially announce the 3rd Annual The BMW Store Children’s Charities Grand Prix!



Over the last 2 years, the CCGP has raised close to $60,000 for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and Children’s Wish Foundation.

We are working very hard to put together an even bigger and better event this year to showcase Motorsports and ultimately surpass the dollar amount of our 2008 & 2009 donations.



Just over a week ago, Ryan and I appeared on the 23rd Annual BC Children’s Hospital Miracle Weekend Telethon on Global Television to present the cheque for our donation from the 2009 CCGP to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. We presented it on behalf of the Sports Car Club of BC along with Bullet Racing who were making their donation from Daytona. The Telethon raised a total of $16,501,473 and we had the opportunity to speak with Global Television’s Lynn Colliar on camera about the 2010 The BMW Store Children’s Charities Grand Prix event.    



The CCGP Media Day will take place Tuesday August 3rd at Mission Raceway Park Roadcourse. We look forward to making some amazing kids dreams come true…2009 CCGP Media Day Trophy Presentation



The CCGP Weekend will feature the ever-popular ‘Hot Laps 4 Kidz’, The Honda Challenge, Vintage and Open Wheel Racing, the River’s Edge 5K Run, the ThyssenKrupp Safway Viewing Tower, a 10X20 Digital Screen with Live Video, the Hot Rod Hotties, a new Kidz Zone with Bouncy Castles and a Children’s Charities GP Raffle for some amazing items!
