  This is a VRCBC event, You need to contact their organizing committee .

I'm paddock marshal for HMRBC, we will find you some room as we always do. I only just came back from vacation, I'll be working on it over the weekend.

Bob,

This is not off the VRC's radar. At this point we do  not have a complete site plan, but rest assured Tom Johnston (chair of the BCHMR organizing committe) has it on the list. VRC's president (Stanton) has also been in contact with me on this issue. We will find a place for campers.
