New SCCBC Pickup Truck
Jul 7th, 2011 at 7:01pm

Hi everyone,

I am pleased to officially unveil the new SCCBC Pickup Truck.

http://www.dropbox.com/gallery/34657413/1/SCCBC?h=93a46b

Many thanks to Sarah Harvey who spent over 12 hours on this truck either cleaning or designing and applying the graphics.  This truck looked NOTHING like this when I picked it up from the City of Vancouver.  Thanks also goes to Roland for installing the light bar from the previous pickup.

We have insured this truck so that our Track Managers and Track Operations personnel can run club errands in town and no longer have to use their personal vehicles to do so.  This truck will give us excellent representation in the community.

I look forward to seeing our new truck in action this weekend.  Good luck prying the keys away from me!!   Wink

See you at the track!

Steve

Looks great, and it got me thinking about the possibility of having the "sccbc.net" decals, in an affordable but visible size, handed out to club members when they renew memberships to place on their race cars.
Web addresses seem to be the communications medium thesedays, and people always seem to notice race cars on trailers, etc, so maybe  it could help to generate more interest.
