Anyone have a smaller fire bottle for a formula car or know where I can get a Halon one recharged?

Thanks

James

James........only users of Halon this side of the border are the military. You could try DND in Richmond on #4 rd. I doubt that they would put themselves in a compromising position. I do however know of some "folks" there that may be of assistance. Only other option is pegasus to Point bob. I'm sure you know the logistics of the product in Cdn.
new stuff is afff. and you know the size of the can for that stuff.

But, the AFFF really works. And it's non-toxic.

Thanks guys - I am being cheap!!

I found that Armadillo has AFFF systems for around $350.

Interesting that I just bought $550K worth of ARFFF to replace AFFF.  The AFFF is not recommended for ethanol as ethanol is an alcohol and absorbs water - bit like me - I absorb both..

Thanks again

If AFFF is non-toxic, does that mean I can eat some? I could do with absorbing some weight.

I still use Halon and have a supplier in Ontario that brings charged bottles into Canada from their US warehouse.
It is illegal to fill them here, but not illegal to use them...duh! I can't remember what I paid for a bottle right now, its been a while.
