I have storage available in the Tilbury island area, Delta. Five minutes from south end of the Deas Tunnel vicinity. New barn style, concrete floors, power, 110/220, lights etc. mezzanine, hot in the summer and cold in the winter, no heat and no a/c. can't have everything.
