I was very pleased to announce at last nights club meeting that Felim Power, Vance Swifts and Dennis Repel have been appointed SCCBC Life Members.

Felim has been a member of SCCBC since 1978.  He is a long time active member of the RDC and was the founder and promoter of the CFDA - Club Ford Drivers Association.  Felim is a regular attendee of club meetings and to this day is still promoting the Formula Ford.

Vance has been a SCCBC member since 1979, the same year he entered the Novice program. Even though he suffered a horrible crash as a Novice, he stuck with it and continues to serve as an RDC member and is a strong promoter of motorsports in BC.

Dennis Repel has been a SCCBC member since 1973.  He has served as pace car driver at Westwood, Molson Indy and continues to do so at Mission.  Dennis is a long time supporter and executive member of the Vintage Racing Club, which is a club that greatly supports our club.  He continues to be a regular attendee of club meetings and is an active member of the REEM (Rivers Edge Event Management) Committee.
