It depends on how the waterline is done. My understanding is that the waterline can be pushed underground and not require a trench to be dug. A sewer line would definitely need a trench dug.

The sewage line isn't as simple as you think. As you know crap flows downhill and our site is very flat. We would have to install a series of sumps along the sewage line to keep the crap moving. This means piping, sumps, pumps and power all to provide a sewage line. Not so cheap after all...

James and Bob please PM me with your info, thank you.

As Marc mentioned the cost of sewer is the reason we are only considering portables at this time. We need a line of 1000ft. mininmum for the water and the servicing of the units would be done by Pit Stop as I mentioned in the first posting.
To give you an idea of the costs involved in "simple cinder block buildings" one of the custom car executive estimates their concession/washroom at $300,000 at todays prices; and that is before you have run 1,000 feet of sewer!!
