Passing of Frank Manley

Notice on ICSCC forum that Frank Manley passed away on Sunday. Frank was a long time member of SCCA in the north west. Frank and Joan were active at the track in various positions working for SCCA and Sovren.  They moved to Kansas City in November.

I met them several times at Bremerton, SIR and PIR when I ran SCCA GT5; wonderful people, a big loss for our sport.
